6. Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics, a service provided by Google, to understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect website usage information, such as pages viewed, time spent on the site, the website that referred you, your device and browser type, and your approximate location. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. We look at this information in aggregate; we do not use it to identify you, and we do not send your name, email, phone number, or other booking form details to Google Analytics. When the request form is submitted, we record only that a request was made and in which language (English or Spanish).
